Teddy Trigger & the Gatling Guns is again a four piece band with drums. The new drummer is Anders Borgesen, a childhood friend of the band. Teddy Trigger & the Gatling Guns have already had a few practices with the second Anders and it rocks. "We try out some Blue Cats and the Quakes songs to test out the sound.", Jørgen says. "We have of course established a harder sound than the three piece rockabilly we have done the past years. More like we did before", Frederik says. "But the rockabilly trio concept hav given us good experience and new insight.", he adds. "But it is great to have the drum beat back." The band released one record as a trio, and is now working on new songs. |

Teddy Trigger & the Gatling Guns har æren av å varme opp for Rex Rudi på John Dee torsdag 17. desember. Dørene åpner kl 20.00. Teddy Trigger går på ca 21.30. Arrangementet er ferdig så man når siste trikk hjem. Inng: 175 kr. De første 50 får Teddy Triggers siste skive "Bad Intentions". Dette blir Teddy Trigger & the Gatling Guns' første konsert på John Dee, og vi gleder oss til å møte dere på denne førjulsfesten! Vi spiller ca 30 minutter. |

Teddy Trigger are still working on the mix on the new album. Hopefully we are soon ready to print copies. Discussions are going on wether we should go for vinyl or CDs or both. Festen ble arrangert i det gamle funkis festlokalet. Det var en super aften, og vi spilte våre nye sanger pluss noen gamle i trioformatet. | In a recording studio at Grunerløkka in Oslo, the band is working on brand new songs, plus re-arrangeing a couple of old ones. This is preparation for our new live-act as well as the next Teddy Trigger album. In this creative prosess we are experimenting quite a bit, hammering out the shape of our future direction. The new line-up is a bit more acoustic and mid- tempo, a little Sun Studio-like, but yet with the familiar T.T.energy and progressive, energetic, guitar-based sound. No drums, its a gamble, but what else is new: Teddy Trigger never plays safe! In Jørgens words; Rockabilly shrugged!! Anyway, our live-premiere is right oround the corner.
